Dr. Tims is currently serving as a program consultant with the Center for Inclusive Computing at Northeastern University, Boston, MA, USA. She previously held the position of Associate Dean of Global Network Programs and a Professor of the Practice in the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. She earned her Ph.D.
